Hello, and welcome to our website! My name is Jenna McCarty and I'm a wedding photographer and high school French teacher based in Ohio. I work alongside my husband Andrew and we've been capturing love stories for nine years, and it's been an incredible journey so far.
As a wedding photographer, I've had the privilege of working with couples all over Ohio and Pennsylvania, from Cleveland to Cincinnati, and everywhere in between, even all the way in Chicago. My goal is always to capture the essence of my clients' love and create images that will last a lifetime. Working as a husband and wife team, my spouse and I collaborate to capture a unique perspective on every event. We believe that every love story is unique, and we strive to capture that individuality in every photograph.
Outside of photography, I am a high school French teacher. I believe that teaching is one of the most rewarding professions, and it's a privilege to help young people develop their language skills and their understanding of French culture. I'm passionate about creating engaging and interactive lessons that help my students learn, grow, and succeed.
In my personal life, I'm a proud parent of a beautiful daughter. Being a parent has taught me so much about love, patience, and the importance of capturing life's special moments. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the natural beauty of Ohio, and trying new restaurants and cuisines.

Meet The Artists Behind The Lens
how it started
It's hard to believe that it's been nine years since we first picked up a camera and started our journeys as a wedding photographer. Looking back, it's amazing to see how much we've grown and how many incredible experiences we've had. Growing up I had always enjoyed taking pictures, but I had never considered photography as a career. But as I started capturing the moments, I realized that I had a real passion for it. There was something magical about being able to freeze a moment in time and create an image that would last a lifetime.
After our first wedding, I started getting more requests from friends and family members who were getting married. I invested in some better equipment, took classes, and started honing my skills. Each wedding was a new challenge, and I loved the opportunity to capture the unique beauty and emotion of each couple.
As I started to gain more experience, I decided to start my own photography business. My spouse, who is also passionate about photography, joined me in the venture, and we became a husband and wife team. We spent long hours building our portfolio, networking with other wedding vendors, and creating a brand that reflected our style and values.
It hasn't always been easy - there have been late nights and the occasional rainstorm that threatened to derail a session. But through it all, we've remained committed to our vision of capturing love stories that are authentic, emotional, and timeless.
Looking back, I'm amazed at how much we've accomplished. We've captured weddings all over Ohio and Pennsylvania from intimate ceremonies in rustic barns to grand events in elegant ballrooms. We've met so many incredible couples and families, and it's been an honor to be a part of their special day.
As we look forward to the future, we're excited to continue growing and learning as photographers. We know that there will be more challenges and more opportunities to create beautiful images that tell a story. But no matter what comes our way, we're grateful for the journey so far, and we can't wait to see what's next.
